Top Seven Tips on How to Make a Presentation
For those of you not taking notes at the lecture, here are the top 7 tips for a successful presentation:
- Plan ahead

- Consider the Narrative: Beginning, Middle and End
- Have Enthusiasm for Your Subject

- Don't Forget the Handouts
- Less is More (< 7 Words per Slide)
The Viva presentation is five minutes in duration and is delivered on stage accompanied by PowerPoint or Keynote slides. The topic of your presentation is your Major Project. Please check the individual pages for the weeks ahead for your allocated time.
